I have all these high end EarPod products, but still people have trouble hearing me. I could always hear music with great sound, but nobody could really hear me speak. Problem solved. If you need to talk a lot for your job/volunteer work etc., here you go. Remarkable clarity. Very happy with them.

Good noise canceling, refurbished unit was a little cheaper with the same great value of blue parrott products.

I took a chance and invested in this refurbished BlueParrot headset. On Friday August 13th, my headset arrived via FEDEX. I was surprised how new my headset looked. When I paired it to my I-Phone 7 and called a friend, his voice was crystal clear. As a truckdriver, this is the most popular headset in the industry and for the refurbished price, it was awesome. I will be using this headset most of the time.

The headset worked great at first and now it will self mute during a call. The refurbished warranty is only 90 days but blueparrott gives a total of 6 months for a refurbished item. I have exceeded both warranties. This is the reason I should have spent the extra money to buy a new headset. I now am forced to get a new one because my refurbished one is not usable. If you have the extra money don’t take a chance in this refurbished item. You will pay more in the end.

Just not as good as the 450 It does not hook up with my 2nd phone very well Like the 450 does

I think this is a very effective product that I use everyday, but the wearing of it leaves a little to be desired. The shape of the main hoop and the shape of my head make the headphone part press on my ear with enough force to give me a sore ear after an hour or 2 of wearing. The sound quality also leaves a little to be desired but that is to be expected from a talking specific device, but the battery life of this thing is phenomenal, I charge it once a week so I don't have to worry about it dieing while I'm driving. 8/10, would recommend as long as you know what you're getting into.

EDIT: When I went to update my firmware it tripped my anti-virus software and bricked the headset, I am in process of submiting a warranty claim. I will update what happens.

Bought this for my husband. He’s a truck driver. Easy to connect. Easy to answer. Great hands free device. He can hear his calls much better and with the noise canceling his callers can hear him very clearly. No loud background noise from his truck.
He’s definitely satisfied with this product. Should of gotten this 10 years ago. Lol 😆 🤣
