It works great for the time being. I had used it for 2 hours it worked fine. I don’t know if it still works fine when I sing all night long. I know for sure how good it is when I have party. Right now I give 5 stars!!

The sound was good for a couple of hours. Then the sound loss intermit happened every time I switch the songs. First, I thought the problem come from my karaoke machine. I turned it off, then turned back on but still no sound. So I turned off the amplifier, then turned it on the sound come to life. The next day the same thing happened to every couple of songs; I have to turn off the amplifier to get the sound back on. On the Amazon website, it said prime and free returns. That was not true. The seller will charge you $38 for shipping, so it is a hidden fee there. The seller said they tested and nothing wrong with the amplifier, therefore they have to charge me for the shipping fee. If there is nothing wrong with the amplifier, I will not return it. Well, I will never buy good from this seller again.

Just received yesterday and open the box today. The box arrived complete normal (double box layer) but unit inside is bending the top left on the back side of the unit. Doesn’t look new to me, this is like a refurbish. It looks fresh from the box but damage at the edge and the warranty seal is torn. Furthermore, the speaker wire output isn’t work. I try the audio output to my other mixer, it works. So something is wrong with the speaker (banana plug A&B). The fan doesn’t run either is it normal? I have other old mixer the fan always run. Manual and warranty paper looks old like someone had return this product before. Going to return this.

I bought the amplifier from electronix for my home karaoke system. At first, I couldn’t figure out why the mic plugs didn’t work. I thought it was a defect, so I contacted the seller, and they were happy to exchange if I had wanted to. I didn’t have to exchange because the problem was I didn’t have speakers yet. I was trying to use my TV’s speakers. That didn’t work well, obviously. But as my speakers came, I tested everything and all worked fine (patting my back). The sound quality was like theaters, but that depends also on the speakers, so in my opinion, it is a powerful product with 650W output. It cannot turn you into a pro singer though. But it’s fun. Give it a try!

Great sound. Powerful amp. There were issues with the mic and the control levels using the remote control. However, Electronnix (seller) promptly resolved the problems.
Excellent customer service.

This system sounds great. Very simple to set up, no muss no fuss. I was able to connect all the external devices that I use without any glitches. The only small issue I have that it produces more feedback than my previous system. Very heavy and very well-made; I would highly recommend it for all the other enthusiasts out there to try.
