It’s a great headset if you have to have mono, I thought I was going to only need 1 speaker but later found out I needed stereo for work (tech support). It’s really clear compared to the stock mics that come with your cell phone. The cord is nice and long to reach anywhere and it’s simple plug and play. The inline remote is impossible to see at night since it doesn’t light up so if you want to mute, half the time you will hang up on people since the buttons looks the same. The only major flaw with this headset is that it’s super uncomfortable for anything over 2 hours. It works great in Skype if you install the Jabra optimized software. There is minimal mic boom and the noise cancellation is 3 of 5. If you are looking for the best though, get what I got and go with the Jabra Biz 2400, 5 of 5 on noise cancellation and super clear recording and best of all comfortable supplied inline remote has a volume wheel and led’s built into the mute and call buttons.

Honestly, I have 3 of these. Home and work, this is the best headset I have found. I like a single ear headset for the phone and video conferencing, and this is very comfortable and can be work for hours. One thing about these types of headsets is the noise created when you move around. At first glance, you might be concerned about the Jabra. The cord isn’t particularly thick and does wind around itself. But I have never had it make a peep through the microphone on any pair I have owned.+++ for this headset…

The sound quality is really good for these, both for hearing and mic quality. I bought several months ago, but only just started using them for work and have been using less than a month. The back of the ear pad covering started falling apart already. I use the headset at least once a day, but very light usage. Very pleased with the sound quality, but not pleased that after light use the back of the ear pad is shedding. :(

I needed a wired headset for work and it needed to be wired due to some interference issues. The sound quality is excellent but the cord connector has split open after 4 mouths of use. It still works, but in disappointed in the quality of the build.

i have worked from home for the past 30+ years and this is the only brand/model i use. i had one for about 6 or 7 years and it finally gave out on me so i was pleased they were still selling this model as it works great; i get people asking me all the time what kind of model i use as i come over sounding really good. If only i could find the same quality in one that wasn't wired, i could move around a little more than being tethered to my desk ;)

Headset works perfectly and is comfortable to wear for several hours at a time. We needed a single ear piece setup to allow for communicating with people through the headset and in person with out having to remove the headset. It works well for this, crystal clear audio and noise cancellation mic does it's job. The unit was totally plug and play for our windows computers. The headset is used for online classroom participation software with steaming audio and video. I have now bought several and highly recommend this headset.

I love the Jabra headsets. I wear glasses and the bigger headsets hurt after a while. The sound is crystal clear, the voice is better than any gaming headset I've owned, and the cord is extra long.I meant to buy the stereo (which I also ordered), after my kitten chewed up the cord on my previous one. But I had the previous stereo for over a year of daily use and it still worked great. This will go to my daughter who games!

grade a – I bought for a call center and it works perfect. USB driver is much better than the two little cords because it always just works with the drivers – the quality of course being Jabra is very good. If your contemplating dong a telemarketing campaign, this is a good price but high quality headset. I got for $17 but it looks like they just jacked up to $29 … wish I bought more before that.

Best headset aroundI have a work headset like that, and I tend to leave it at the office (forget it at the office), and when I work from home, i'm always looking for it; so now I have two sets, and they work great!
