I was totally blown away by this headset. I read alot of mix reviews and tried a couple of headsets before getting this one. I was trying to get a smaller headset thats comparable to my beats studio headphones and this was it. This is the closest sound to my beat studio headset for way less. I love it. The noise cancellation is amazing, i can’t hear anything when i have this on, unless someone tap me. The bass is on point, really good. Sound quality is amazing. i feel like this is a mini version of the beat studio. Call quality was good, ppl tell me they couldn’t tell that i was using my headset they heard me just fine. Only dowside i found with this is the distance, you can’t really go far with this, you will lose connection but that’s minor because my phone is always with me. I am so glad i bought this i won’t be looking else where unless samsung upgrade i mean the sound is soo good an upgrade will be a bonus feature. Got this in the gold. I also connect this with my samsung note 7, i dont know if that have anything to do with the sound quality, but overrall this is my new favorite headset. If u can’t afford beat studio because of the price get this. It’s perfect.

Bought this headset a few weeks ago, it is much better than my old LG 730s. Purchased these as the headphone wires looked sturdier than the LG headsets as a ripped chord did in my almost 2 yr old 730s. Michael is pretty clear, though it doesn't filter out background noise on planes, airports etc. Very well. However it is better than my old pair.

Music sounds better, however you can't just jam these in deep in your ear like the LGs to muffle outside noise like on a plane. I put the largest gel tips on mine and they work well, the ear bud design is different but I find it more comfortable than the LG especially when working out.

The neck band is a little weird at first but it's more comfortable than the LG. I have a thick neck and these fit snug but don't feel like they are choking me. I also feel like my skin can breath better when I wear them all day as the arms are pretty skinny. I prefer the magnet headphone arrangement on the Samsung, just separate them to play music or answer the phone. The sound and call buttons are also easy to find and identify.

Now for the bad, while the app works well on my Samsung tablet it crashes constantly on my LG phone. While they do sync easily to more than one device, I find myself having to select the headset in settings the first time I use them. My LG seemed to switch devices easier without the setup menu.

Overall its a good device and a definite improvement on my old LG 730, but I have to ding it one star for the app and the multi device sync.

I ordered these to replace my Samsung Level U Bluetooth Ear Buds. I have had my old pair of Samsung Level U for about 3 years and used them on a constant basis. They still work but the neck piece was a little flimsy and had came loose where the rubber meets the plastic. I could and did still use them.

I upgraded to these Level U Pro and as soon as I opened the package I knew I would love them. They are a heavier material and fit great around my neck. They don't seem to move around at all. I also had some memory material earbuds from another set of wireless headphones that I have and they fit perfect on these. Although the ear tips provided with this set work great also.

My only complaint about my old Level U set was that the distance I could go away from my phone was very limited. I measure this by where I go around the office. I have found that I can walk anywhere now without the fear of them losing the blue tooth connection. I won't really know how far I can go until it warms up outside and I start doing yard work. I

I am not one that insist that the sound quality be "out of this world" but I do have to say they sound really good. I am super happy with these and look forward to using them for a long time.

Very disappointed in this product. I am a big fan of Samsung products and was looking for a nice set of wireless headphones. Having a Samsung phone I figured these would seamlessly sync and become a nice addition to my Samsung line. The headphones did sync easily and produced good sound. The Samsung Level app also helped tailor my sound preferences. It was very short lived. While the headphones sounded good, they would only play music for a period of 10 to 15 minutes before a extremely annoying and ear piercing squeal interrupted the song. The only way to get it to stop would be to turn them off, then re-sync them to my phone. Not exactly what I want to be doing while running/working out. And it would happen on average every 10 minutes. I decided to return the headphones and get a new set thinking I had some faulty pair. The next set had the same exact issue, except worse. The second set would go to the ear piercing squeal within seconds of playing music. Needless to say, I am returning this set as well. I ended up getting the Jaybird X2 headphones and they came in today. So far, much better success and better sound. I sadly can’t recommend this Samsung product.

Se ven súper elegantes y se escuchan muy bien, me gustan bastante. A veces para hacer ejercicio (otro a correr) son incómodos pues se caen. Fuera de eso los amo.

I am so pleased with these wireless headphones. These are the first wireless headphones that I have purchased. The bronze color of these headphones makes these headphones look very expensive. I have a hard time finding comfortable headphones (over the ear ones give me a headache, and the only earphones I’ve ever been able to wear comfortably are the apple ear pods). These ones fit very comfortably and perfectly for my ear type. These are very noise cancelling, I know there is a more expensive newer version on the market, but I would say these are noise cancelling enough. In my opinion I prefer to hear a little bit of noise in the background so that I know if someone is talking to me. They come with 3 extra ear gels in addition to the Pre-Installed med, in sizes S, M, + L. Connecting the bluetooth was a breeze. You will have to charge the headset for a little before you will be able to turn it on and connect. Love these
