If someone is matching inventory, replacing a specific Beyerdynamic part, or trying to keep a setup within the same manufacturer’s ecosystem, I can see the appeal. Beyerdynamic has enough name recognition in audio that I’d expect buyers looking at this to be people who already know what role this kind of accessory is supposed to fill.

Who I’d tell to skip it

The honest limitation is bulk. I wouldn’t point a mobile creator toward a 7.19-pound accessory unless they had a very specific reason to carry it. The long package dimension is another reminder to check storage space, vehicle space, and desk or room layout before clicking buy. This is not the kind of item I’d want someone to order casually and then discover it has nowhere sensible to live.
