Excellent audio quality on both ends of the conference call and the wireless remotes make communications around a board table.

We’ve used this in a large hotel ballroom with 80 in attendance and 10+ on the phone as well as in a large conference room with about 20 in the room. I like that it works directly into the phone jack and the remote mics are helpful for the callers on the phone to stay aware of things going on in the meeting. I wish that the remote mics were also speakers, but for the price of this phone, it’s a really good value. One of the best features is that all of the cords are able to be interchanged. We use much much longer cords in order to get the main speaker at the head of our meeting table. If you are looking for a budget option and need something for different size rooms, this is a great choice. Much better than many of the daisy chain options available now, especially if you need something other than VOIP.

What?? V-Tech…Isn’t that a toy company? This phone is no toy! The VTech ErisStation works great in small conference rooms or offices, but with the 4 wireless “puck” remote microphones, it also works well in multi-row training rooms and other larger meeting rooms. Sound quality both ways is excellent. Did I mention the wireless pucks? SO nice to expand the room so the people you call can hear from everyone in the room. Why don’t the “real” conference phone guys make them like this? I have bought many of these for different locations mostly to replace less versatile Polycom sets.

We have a small office (16 employees) and in our large conference room there are some occasions (however, not very often) where we need a conference phone in this Large Conference room, so that everyone on staff can be on the call. We’ve tried a couple different cheap solutions, none of which have worked well as due to the size of the room, and our table configuration (setup in a “U”) nobody on the phone can hear the people at the far ends of the U shape.
That is where this phone came in and has worked well! With the four wireless mics that we can spread out across the tables, it picks up everyone nicely on our calls, and again considering how seldom we need that capability, the price point was perfect. Other solutions with multiple wireless mics on the market are easily $3,000-$5,000, as they require a mixer, controller, external speakers, etc. This unit fits the bill, and I read all the other reviews, some of which mentioned issues with the batteries in the wireless mics, so I purchased the extended warranty coverage as a safe guard on replacing those batteries as needed.

Very disappointed.. The equipment was not inspected before shipping it to us..
The manufacturer’s box was damaged on one side, the device had been used by someone else who damaged the box and returned the unit. The device was probably returned because it doesn’t dial out, it’s defective. We also noticed that two batteries were missing.

liked it .. was very odd in setup .. SIP lines and password location was not the standard used for FreePbx and it was just a little “wonkie” .. other than that.. it worked great.. sounds good .. nice unit.. good price

We use these at multiple sites, and this model makes managing a meeting with multiple participants spread around a room easy. The sound quality is also very good for the price!

The conference phone itself is beautiful. The detachable speakers are a hit with our board members who always complained they could not hear on the phone when calling in remotely. Now the calls are clear as a bell and no complaints. The only problem we had was with the Ethernet cable that came with the phone. It was not the right fit and we unable to get a replacement cable from the seller. They were generous enough to give us a partial refund to purchase our own cable but for the convenience I would have preferred if everything came in the box correctly.

Bought this for an association that has a number of meetings where attendees are mostly on the phone. Works very well. Participants had no difficulty understanding each other. Just be sure you can connect Might have issues with VOIP.
