Love this mic. I replaced an old wireless headset mic with this one so I was able to use the body pack of my old Shure mic. The mic pickups so much better then my old one ever did…

I have a smalle head and have but over a dozen different headsets to teach yoga come up go upside down, move around. I bought over a dozen different headsets, and this one ended up being perfect for me, comfortable, well-made, and great sound. I am so grateful I kept on trying this 1 is the bomb.

I’ve been using the older version of the ME 3 every day for years for voice recognition, and it finally gave up ghost, so I purchased this new version. The sound quality and recognition is still great with this, but they have completely ruined the physical design of the product. Basically they have made it so it is extremely tight around your head, so it is extremely uncomfortable and becomes painful to wear after just 30 minutes or so. I have been trying the product for a few days to see if it can get used to it, but it just keeps giving me headaches and I keep having to take it off. It’s such a shame, because the old version was such a fantastic product. I don’t know why you would take a good product and then just destroy it like this. It might be okay for a child or adult with a tiny head, but for an adult with a medium-sized head who needs to wear it for more than 30 minutes at a time it’s just not workable.

These are much more comfortable and clear than EW, highly recommend them to group fitness instructors as they are more secure and sturdy compared to other brands. Also love that it comes with its own carrying case, most headsets do not so it’s great to carry them around and not damage them if you teach at multiple studios.

This is a pretty great value for the price. I use it for lead vocals in our hard rock/metal service at church. Never had any issues with feedback in spite of the volume we play at. I bought this specifically because we use Sennheiser wireless systems and I knew there would be no issues. The output is rather low compared to the Countryman mics we use with the same transmitter packs for just speaking applications. I had to change the sensitivity on the pack from -30 to 0. Once making that adjustment, there were no issues though. I would imagine this helps with lack of feedback.

It is not low profile (nor does it claim to be), it is on the large side and is black so you will not fool anyone that you are wearing a headset mic. I constantly get teased about wearing a ‘Madonna’ mic, but since I have a hard time standing still while playing, a mic on a stand was not going to work for me. This does.

Comparatively it is not an expensive mic (compared to a Crown for example) for this type of application, hence my comment of good value for the price. The quality of audio is good, but not stellar. Or maybe it is my average singing =) I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable option for a headset mic.
