The media could not be loaded.

As you can see in the video, not sure if everyone has same issue as me, sound recording is good, looks perfect, but the mic itself is shaking if you hold it, I just returned it and hope the new one without the same issue.

I thought I was sent a non-working product, because the xlr cable I initially use doesn’t work with this microphone…they should have been more clear on the need for 3 prong on both ends ( male and female) xlr balanced cable hence the 4 star rating

I don’t have a ton of experience with different microphones, and I’m not a singer. I got this primarily to record ukulele and guitar, and to also use for discord voice channels. The sensitivity and clarity are orders of magnitude better than the HyperX Quadcast USB microphone I had been using before. There’s detail in the instruments that I could not capture before, and with a little teaking in Reaper I can get a really nice, full sound.

I was fortunate enough to test this mic during a voice-over. I fell in love. While my singing voice is alto- my range in voice is higher in pitch. This catches all of my notes swimmingly and without constant adjustment.
I am very new to the audio world, so the ease of use is definitely a plus. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Love this mic and what a great value! Purchased it right away. It’s one of the most exciting upgrades I did for the studio this year.

The best mic I’ve ever owned it has enabled me to start making music. For the price if your a beginner like me you can’t go wrong. You might want to get A pop filter and wind breaker for it because it’s very sensitive then it comes to “P’s” and “S” sounds but other then that works really good.

I’m not any sort of recording studio professional—I’m a ham radio operator who strives for good quality audio in the AM mode. Giving a lot of thought to what microphone would best complement the characteristics of my voice, this is the microphone I chose, after looking at many reviews. I’m not a guy with a deep “Darth Vader” voice; I’ve got more of a “Luke Skywalker” voice, with far more mid-range and highs than lows. This microphone lived up to its reviews, accentuating the presence and brilliance portions of the audio spectrum in my voice, and I’ve gotten a great many complements on the clarity of my audio. Everyone’s voice is different, and given the characteristics of mine, I don’t think I could have made a better choice. One caution: the thin stem that connects the microphone’s head to its body looks fragile. You don’t want to drop any good quality microphone, but dropping this one would probably be disastrous. I use the Heil PL 2T microphone boom, available on on Amazon.

I have bought this microphone twice now and each time within three months it begins to malfunction, first from intercepting AM radio signals (????? how does this happen ????) and second order from a sudden low buzz background noise. I am not a newbie when it comes to audio, so it is not user error and Ive never encountered such issues with ANY other microphone Ive owned or used. Buy the warranty, this thing is built to fail. So sad because it sounds so great.
